Club La Santa, in collaboration with the Arrecife City Council and the island?s government, the Cabildo of Lanzarote, organize the 19th Lanzarote Marathon which will take place for the second time in Arrecife, capital city of the island of Lanzarote.

This event, which every year gathers hundreds of enthusiastic athletes of all ages and nationalities, is the only Marathon being held in the Canary Islands.

The route along the beach will give you the opportunity to discover the charms of the city, with both innovative and ancient buildings - a city whose inhabitants have lived together in harmony with the sea over many centuries.
